- Talent management: Focuses on assessing individual and organizational skills and talent, selecting the best people to build leadership strength, and gives firm and visible support to the performance management and development of overall workforce capability.
- Communication: Presents ideas articulately so that others understand them and encourages others to share ideas for the benefit of many. Uses effective listening skills to promote the free flow of information and open communication.
- Professional integrity: Earns others trust and respect by being open and candid and by keeping organizational and individual information confidential. Acts fairly and demonstrates a sense of corporate responsibility.
